Our Vision
In the present age of global communication, Global economy and borderless world market, the right of safety and security of domestic citizens guaranteed by the domestic constitution cannot be protected and guaranteed only by the domestic government of nation states. War disasters happened/happening in Ukraine, Israel, Gaza and many other countries are recent glaring examples. Due to absence of effective mechanism to prevent and stop such wars immediately; the recurrence of such war will happen again and again in future. Thence therefore the effective institution(s) governments is/are required for maintaining world peace. The Mission for Global Change has evolved such a power structure of state machinery which may be competent to achieve this objective.
Announcement ceremony for formation of interim parliament and interim government on October 24
The United Nations is currently failing to stop the wars between the two countries. If a war starts between India and China, missiles will start raining on our houses in India. The UN will be able to do nothing. Then we will have got everything out of our hands. Therefore, systematic arrangements should be made for peace within time. Peace is possible only when all the countries of the world have a united national parliament and United National Government, UNG . Until governments around the world make a treaty for this purpose, the Mission for Global Change (MGC) is going to form an interim parliament and interim government. To ensure world peace, Shri Vishwatma alias Bharat Gandhi has written several times since 2006 to Presidents of all countries around the world to form a World Government and World Parliament. At a conference of 92 countries in Kathmandu recently, the Mission for Global Change (MGC) passed a resolution to form a World Parliament and World Government and a South Asian Parliament and South Asian Government. This proposal was sent in April 2024 to the Presidents of 192 countries, including India, through a Representation dated 10 April 2024. The President of India has been reminded again through the Representation dated 05th July, 2024. The proposal states that if the national heads of countries around the world do not constitute the world government by making an international treaty within 6 months, then on the United Nations Day 24 October 2024, the interim parliament and interim government of the world government will be formed. And on this date, the interim parliament and interim government of the Union of South Asian Nations will also be formed. A three-day brainstorming meeting was concluded in Lucknow on August 11, 12, and 13, 2024. During this meeting, it was decided that the Mission for Global Change, MGC will establish a new organization to secure international and global rights. This organization will be named the "Global Agreement on Participation and Peace (GAPP)" In Hindi, it will be called "भागीदारी और शांति पर वैश्विक संधि (गैप)" This organization will ensure for the smooth functioning of Interim Parliaments and Interim Governments to be formed on an international and global scale. The announcement of the formation of Interim Parliaments and Interim Governments for South Asian countries and the entire world, akin to European Union, will be made at the conference on October 24, 2024.

An invitation letter has been sent to India's Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi, to inaugurate this conference. International Treaty for the Liberation of Cultural Nationality
It is well known that the geographical India that was handed over to Indians by the Britishers in 1947 while fragmenting the cultural unity of India. It was not possible to fit the soul of vast cultural India in that small vial of geographical India. Due to this mismatch of body and soul, people have to suffer a lot.
